WeightNot Program Details

WeightNot is scientifically based on two types of programs that include the same principles and components.

Flex Program

This is a flexible program that has been chosen by many people. It is a monthly subscription plan and under it you can successfully lose 5 to 10 pounds every month. It a reliable and consistent fat loss program and you can join it online at which ever time feasible for you. It per day cost is $2 to $4. An individual following this program moves through three program stages:
WeightNot Scam
  • Detoxification
  • Fat burning
  • Maintenance
It helps an individual to achieve his weight loss goal and keep the weight off.

Flex program includes the following conditions:

  • An individual has to complete a 2 day fast. In this he has to consume nutrient dense drinks
  • Following a modified calorie diet that includes only natural foods
  • Refraining artificial sweeteners, processed carbohydrates and alcohol in the first week
  • Performing non strenuous activity regimen every day
The members of this program receive dietary guides as well as educational materials.

Intensive program

This weight loss program involves following two alternatives: Accelerated or Healthipace Under this an individual loses 2 to 3 pounds every week. It enforces accelerated weight reduction. It is a 2 to 3 months course and it’s per day cost is $8. Rapid or HealthiFast Under this an individual loses 3 to 6 pounds in a week. It enforces rapid weight reduction. It is a 3 to 6 months course and it’s per day cost is $11. Intensive programs include following five stages:
  • Remove
  • Reduce
  • Restore
  • Refrain
  • Maintain

Good about WeightNot

  • It is a medically designed Weight Loss Plan built on Nutrition Lipolysis Principles
  • It involves two weight loss programs Flex and Intensive that helps to follow a proper regime to lose unwanted pounds
  • You can pick any program according to your budget and weight loss goal
  • It helps to overcome emotional eating and improves the health condition
  • It teaches effective ways to transform your body and to maintain weight
  • An individual develops a habit of healthy eating and he chooses only natural foods and prohibits artificial foods
  • It offers 3 balanced meals daily along with a Recipe Guide

Bad about WeightNot
  • According to many individuals both weight loss programs are far expensive. $2 to $4 for Reflex and $ 8 to $11 for intense programs prevents people from continuing this weight loss plan
  • For Many individuals this weight loss plan didn’t work effectively
  • It's just a strict very low-calorie and low-carb diet
  • In this weight loss plan every portion of food is thoroughly weighed
  • The calories in the diet include 800 to 1200, which fall under a very-low-calorie diet range, as a result it is very difficult to follow

WeightNot the Bottom Line
People who have been unsuccessful on diet plans in the past, tried WeightNot that involves two types of programs, each having its own terms and conditions. It is not easy to follow as one has to stick on strict diet which is 800 to 1200 calorie intake per day. The Reflex program is a monthly subscription plan that cost $2 to $4 per day. Whereas the Intensive programs is a course of 2 to 7 months and the cost starts from $2 to $14 per day. It takes lot of time and money. There are mixed reviews about this weight loss plan. Very few individuals are seen satisfied with it and for most of them it didn’t worked at all. There are many unsuccessful weight loss programs that have frustrated lots of people. One such weight loss plan is Weight Watchers, people complain of regaining their lost weight after some time. Another one is a Grapefruit Diet that consisted of a salad with lemon juice dressing and grapefruit. It is a wreck on the digestive system and so not very popular. These unsuccessful weight loss programs are only a waste of time and money.

  1. I started off with the Flex Program which claimed to reduce my weight by 5 to 10 pounds per month. The program was very flexible in nature which is why I opted for it; it involved no strenuous exercise, only some light activity was to be done throughout the day to achieve the targeted weight. Besides this flexibility it also was quite affordable so without much ado I joined it! For the first time I felt that the money I'd spend was well worth as the result started showing in just about 15 days and just like the program claimed I lost 8 pounds in one month.

My friends and my family were utterly taken by surprise by the results which Weightnot had brought about for me. In the second month of my weight loss program I was given a pill pack that helped in the reduction of fat and was asked to eat three meals a day and was to avoid sugar and caffeine in my diet. By the end of the second month I had already achieved my target weight and couldn't thank WeightNot enough for giving me a new personality. But the sad part came about only after a lapse of 2 months when I noticed I'm putting on the lost weight. I was so shocked and regretful for what was happening to me. I realized it was an utter waste of my hard earned money, effort and the precious time I had put into the program. I will never recommend Weightnot to anyone for sure.

    2. So I would say weightnot did work for you. You achieved your target weight in as little ad 2 months, did you not? The problem came AFTERWARDS. In order to keep the weight off you would need to continue eating a healthy diet. You cannot go back to your old eating habits and expect not to gain the weight back.
I am NOT an advocate for weightnot. Have never even tried it. I am just stating the obvious. Common sense says to keep the weight off, you have to eat healthy and exercise.

    3. WeightNot has a maintenance stage that teaches members to eat balanced meals in portion sizes that will allow them to avoid weight regain. Moreover the whole point of the program is to help you to achieve a lifestyle change. If you just go back to your old habits after reaching your goal on the program, then of course you'll have the same experience that you did prior to WeightNot -- which was gaining weight! You obviously cannot blame WeightNot for your poor choices following the program, especially when they GAVE YOU a guide for maintenance that you did not follow, and you should realize that you need to change your lifestyle permanently, not just temporarily during the program. No diet can guarantee weight maintenance, no matter how effective in weight reduction -- only YOU can be responsible for that.

    4. Reduced activity is necessary because you're not feeding your body enough to support anything more than light activity. 3 meals a day? Anyone knows that eating small meals with healthy snacks every couple hours is optimum. This sounds like a scam. I'm sorry you weren't able to maintain results, but your body was starving so it was bound to happen even if you maintained the diet.

I have attempted many weight loss programs, and all of them worked while I stayed on them. As soon as I got off of them, I regained my weight.

What I have learned is THIS!!!! Regaining the weight was not the fault of the program!! Regaining the weight was MY fault.

There is no way to maintain a healthy weight, or have optimum health unless I am willing to change my "EATING LIFESTYLE!" No one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, can follow a healthy weight loss program, reach his/her goal, then return to eating the garbage that pushed him/her into obesity and expect to maintain the weight loss achieved!! Let's get REAL and stop blaming the weight loss program for our failure and place the blame where it belongs, which is on US.

If I want to be healthy, I must make a decision to follow a healthy lifestyle every day!! I CANNOT eat whatever I want to eat: cake, cookies, ice cream, BBQ ribs, fried foods (soaked with unhealthy oils), etc, and expect to be healthy. If we want to be healthy, we must put in the effort. Educate ourselves by knowing our body types, know what food combinations are healthy, learn how the body processes the food we eat, and provide the body with what it needs.

Why is it that we take better care of our cars than we take care if ourselves. We know we cannot put sugar in the gas tank of a car without destroying the engine. We know we must put Desil fuel in a car that requires Desil fuel. I drove an eighteen Wheeler for 5 years. Not once did I attempt to put unleaded or leaded gas in that truck. Why is it that we think we can put garbage in our bodies and they will continue to preform well? Why is it that we don't study how to keep our bodies running as smoothly as our cars?

I get your disappointment!! I understand your frustration, because I love pizza, hamburgers loaded with cheese, CHEESE and macaroni, home fried potatoes smothered in onions, my signature sweet potato pies, and my signature pineapple, coconut cake. But, I also know if I eat these things as Icwant to, I am not going to lose weight, but I am going to look like the "Goodyear Blimp." So, what is the alternative? I can choose to change my lifestyle, learn how to prepare some of my favorite foods in a healthier way, or continue to eat like I'm eating, stay fat, and blame others for my choices.

Sorry!!!! It is not my desire to hurt anyone's feelings, but I have learned to accept responsibility what what I did to tip the scales at 270 lbs and what I needed to do to adjust the scales to 230 lbs. I have not gotten it all together, yet. I am still a work in progress, but I know my successes, or failures rest squarely on my shoulders. This is where I am. Thank you, and my prayer is everyone who has suffered the frustrations and difficulties I have suffered in this weight battle will find what works for you.

  2. I completed WeightNot diet program one week ago. My final weigh-in saw me at 183.0 lbs. I spent 3 months on this program and impressively lost a total of 75.4 lbs during that time. I can recommend this program to anyone who is determined to lose weight.

  3. The Weight Not program worked for me...for the most part. I'm not going to lie I fluctuate about 5-7 lbs here or there, but that is mainly because I get lazy and don't work out and am not careful about what I eat.

  4. I am on weightNot now, and downing all these pills are getting the best of me! Is the amount of weight you loss attainable without the pills? I can do once a day, but three times a day is a bit much!

  5. I purchased a plan with weightnot for over $1000 July 5, 2015. I had inquired about the program 2 weeks before. They kept calling me and finally I gave in and purchased a 3 month program. She talked me through the contract very quickly. One week into the program I felt very nauseous and contacted weightnot. They told me this happens in a very small percentage of people. week 2 I had trouble sleeping and contacted them. Still nauseated and not sleeping they said to discontinue pills and stay on diet. I requested a refund on all unopened product. They refused. I continued to contact them. I paid for all those supplements and all I wanted was to return everything that I hadnt used. They refused....said that I may have stored supplements inappropriately. ....what?????? They were unopened in the boxes from the post office. I would be extremely wary of this company and their product.

  7. I tried weightnot in August of 2013 - I'm a white male, 5'10 and weighed 223 lbs.. I stuck to the program religiously! and did minimal exercise (and I mean minimal) -- although had I walked a mile or two a day I would have lost more.
You MUST weigh your food, you MUST stick to the rigorous program - take the fiber drinks and supplements, they help with hunger. - Diet works because of ketosis - your body begins to consume it's own fat because you are not eating enough fat ... This is the stage where you just shed pounds. Are you hungry? yes, your hungry but for me losing that weight was the incentive. It is a lifestyle change and you will put some of the weight back on when you finish BUT you realize what a healthy portion of food looks like, what foods have higher carbs and what foods you can eat without worrying about the weight gain. It's really a mind set and a life change. You will put the weight back on if you don't change your lifestyle, as with any diet.

This is my take - I lost 31 pounds in 2-3 months, most of which came off in the first 6 weeks. There is NO alcohol allowed. Zero. Which is tough for me - but I lost 11 pounds in the first week and a half a pound to 1.5 pounds per day after that - Some days you go without losing anything while you body adjusts. Honestly I got tired of the diet after about 2 months and quit -- altough I had paid for 3 months. It's a tough diet but if you stick to it, and don't cheat, it does work. Yes, my energy levels went way up. I am NOT a paid spokesperson, and I think the diet it too expensive BUT it does work if you stick with it and follow instructions. I still have my 3 ring binder with the eating plans and go back to it for a few days at at time to lose a few pounds when I need to ... The company makes it's money on the supplements and charge a crazy amount of money for them but I have to say it works.

  8. I started the intensity selection of this program 7 days ago and have lost 8.5 pounds. Never hungry, not tired, or grouchy! In fact, I had to split my meals into 6 small ones instead of 3 because of the amount of food. It is high fiber, low calorie, non-carb and I am loving it. I feel so much better and it has only been 7 days. I highly recommend this to anyone who has tried them all -- and believe me, I have. In fact, I had gastric bypass in 2002 -- and here I am needing to shed the 75 lbs I regained when my husband died. Emotional eater -- that's me. This program is designed to help one cook at home, prepare full and healthy meals, and eat only when it is time. LOVE this program.

  9. I am also wondering how it's going. I lost my husband in September and am struggling with emotional eating as well. Looking into trying this. I really want to try and get healthy. If this is still working for you and seems worth the money let me know. Thanks.

    1. I have been on WeightNot plan. It worked really well for me. My opinion is this is the BEST diet for me. I am a dieter. I lost 50+ lbs. It is very strict, but you will drop the weight. You have to follow the plan. Good luck!

  11. Has anybody been successful while traveling? I'm in a hotel, eating at restaurants, approx 6 nights a month for work.

    1. Yes, I have. I think it will depend on finding what works for your metabolism. For me, I noticed it was tough on flights to find things I could snack on or use as a meal. I travel with roasted cashews, almonds, macadamias as my "emergency protein". It's better than eating something inappropriate and derailing my progress. I also try to find fresh fruit that travels well: apples, oranges. I do carry some
organic no sugar added dried fruit like apples and mango. When I'm in a hotel, I'll try to book a place with a fridge so I can get water, cut fruit, etc. I use their guide for eating out: examples being ChikFilA grilled nuggets; Chipotle salad w/ pico, veggies and chicken (no beans, cheese, sour cream, dressing). Depends on where I travel but I have learned to adapt: -47 pounds so far. I travel a couple
      times a month on average.

you could follow the 3 week diet plan to lose 15 pounds.

  13. I AM ON THE WEIGHT NOT PROGRAM NOW AND STARTED IT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. I AM ON THE INTENSIVE ONE WHICH WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. I LOST 20 LB IN MY FIRST TWO MONTHS BUT THEN WENT ON A WEEK LONG TRIP OUT OF TOWN TO FAMILY AND VACTION AND GAINED 4 LB BACK AND HAVE SPENT THE NEXT FEW WEEKS LOOSING IT AND AM DOWN 21LB. I LOVED THE FIRST WEEK DEXTOX. I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE THE HARDEST PART BUT IT WASN'T. THE HARDEST PART IS STAYING ON THE PROGRAM LONG TERM. I AM MOST DISAPOINTED IN THE COACHING WHICH IS NOT ALL THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE. I TEXT MY COACH AND SHE TEXT BACK WITH SHORT REPLIES AND SHE NEVER HARDLY JUST CHECKS IN TO SEE HOW I'M DOING. WHEN I SEND A COMPLAINT VIA EMAIL THEY JUST HAVE MY COACH EMAIL ME BACK INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM. ALSO THE APP THAT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK WITH YOUR WRIST BAND ONLY WORKS GOOD WITH APPLE PHONES SO I CAN NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT PART OF THE PROGRAM, WHICH THEY DID NOT TELL ME AND HAVE NOT FIXED THIS PROBLEM. I LIKE THE PROGRAM BUT DON'T FEEL IT IS WORTH THE MONEY SPENT AND THAT I DIDN'T GET ALL I WAS PROMISED.

  15. This program is a complete waste of money. I committed to 90 days and ended up being talked unto extending since the weight loss was slow and not what was promised it would be. It will work if you stick with it. 800 calories of meat and veggies a day and a ton of supplementation for over $1000. Deviate one bit from the tiny portions of meat and minimal veggies (mostly meat) and you gain weight. You can not do this if you are plant-based. There is a piece of fruit as well but only select ones. Don't be enticed by the "personalized coaching calls"...they are AWFUL and a waste of time. The support system simply terrible. How they portray it and what it really is are two totally different things. Their website and fake social media page never work and people are not active because it is unreliable and poorly designed. They always had an excuse over the 120 days and did nothing to improve their online resources amd services. There is one person on the tech team and they cannot keep up with the issues. The app they tout as supportive is seriously atrocious. Paper and pencil are better and even trying to keep up with the random measurements for each item 4.65 oz for one and 5.25 oz for this...it's just not realistic. The advertisement is great but once you pay you will soon see the truth. For $1000 you can do a lot more than meat, veggies, pills, 800 calories and crappy crappy support. Just don't do it. Such a terrible waste of money in the long run.

  17. Stop saying it is about willpower! These diets fail and then people blame themselves. It is unconscionable and cruel how doctors and society have made overweight people feel like they are failures. Watch the Etiology of Obesity series by Dr. Jason Fung on YouTube for free. He explains the science behind fat production and the biological reasons why all low calorie diets work initially then always fail in the long run. High healthy fat/adequate protein/low carb, but plentiful low carb vegetables was the answer for me. 40 pounds off for 4 years--from a size 16 to a size 4 (even with occasional cheating). Good luck, be well, and remember you are not your size.
